Staging is a process of preparing your property for sale to create immediate buyer interest. Staging can be flexible and affordable making it a positive experience.
Step 1 - Consultation
Consultations begin with a tour of your property hosted by you the client. With your consent, Center Stage Design will then walk through your home and assess the best approach at maximizing the potential of your home. We will then prepare a detailed report containing recommendations based on our expertise about how your property can stand out from the competition.

Step 2 - Project Configuration
After preparing our detailed report, Center Stage Design will then spend some time with you discussing the report to devise a proposal for your project. The proposal will be decided jointly based on priority, time and most importantly budget.
Hassle free and time saving paint consultations if needed will also be completed during this step in the process.
Step 3 - Showcasing
When the plan is completed, Center Stage Design will stage your property, making every effort to use any existing furniture and accessories and if this is not possible we offer rental services through our affiliate rental companies. Our company's eye for how best to showcase your property will be done in this final step in the staging process.
